Report Incident

To submit a report, please do the following:

1. Incident Location:On the map on this page, drag and pan the map so that the floating pin in the center of the map is directly positioned over the location of the environmental incident.

2. Evidence:If you have pictures of the incident, attach them to your incident report in the Add Media section.

3. Complete Report:Verify that location of the incident is correct and you have attached all of your evidence.If everything looks okay, tap/click the Continue button to create your initial report.You will be directed to your report's dedicated page where you can specify additional details to complete the report.Feel free to bookmark this page to monitor your report's status as it is sent to the appropriate agencies.
